摘要
目的评价数码摄影教学在口腔医学本科生口腔修复临床实习中的必要性及教学效果。方法选择上海交通大学医学院口腔教学综合门诊进行口腔修复临床实习的5年级口腔临床医学七年制在读学生,开设数码摄影课程,通过课前及课后问卷调查的方式了解学生的需求、检测学习效果及发现教学内容上的不足之处,并且通过课后学生的摄影实践和病例汇报综合检验学习成果。结果问卷调查结果显示在本科阶段临床实习中对学生开展有针对性的数码摄影教学很有必要,通过课程的学习和课后实践,学生对于口腔数码摄影的认识明显提升。病例汇报结果显示学生掌握了口腔修复摄影基本技能的应用,可见数码摄影教学取得了良好的教学效果。结论在口腔医学本科生口腔修复临床实习中开展数码摄影教学提升了学生对于口腔数码摄影的认识,使学生掌握了口腔修复摄影的基本技能。
Objective To evaluate the necessity and effect of the teaching of digital photography on dental undergraduate clinical practice of prosthodontics. Methods The fifth grade seven-year-program dental students who were practicing prosthodontics in the education clinic of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were chosen to receive the teaching of digital photography. Questionnaire surveys before and after teaching were used to understand the needs of students and to test the effect of learning and the inadequacies of teaching. After teaching, students practiced the digital photography on cases and presented case reports to examine learning outcomes. Results The questionnaire surveys showed that the teaching of digital photography in dental undergraduate clinical practice was necessary and had greatly improved the students' understanding of dental digital photography. The results of case reports showed the students mastered the basic skills of prosthodontic photography. And the teaching of digital photography showed a good teaching effect. Conclusion The teaching of digital photography in dental undergraduate clinical practice of prosthodontics improved the students' understanding of dental digital photography and enabled students' basic skills of prosthodontic photography.
