摘要
本课题介绍了ERP系统在化纤生产企业中应用的必要性及化纤生产企业ERP实施现状,分析了化纤生产企业ERP实施过程中存在的主要制约因素,提出了具体的解决思路以及ERP的管理需求。
This paper introduces the necessity of the application of ERP system in chemical fiber manufacturing enter-prises and the present situation of ERP implementation in chemical fiber manufacturing enterprises,analyses the main restrictive factors in the implementation of ERP in chemical fiber manufacturing enterprises and raises the detailed solu-tions and the management requirements of ERP.
