摘要 鉴于生物质发电对环境和能源的影响,提出设计一台移动式林间剩余物粉碎机;通过对比盘式粉碎机和鼓式粉碎机的优缺点以及两者对切削功率的影响,确定粉碎机构;对盘式粉碎机刀盘和飞刀的关键参数进行了分析,并建立刀盘与飞刀的三维模型;以松木为例,采用经验分析法,计算了盘式粉碎机从不同角度进料时的切削力和切削功率,为移动式林间剩余物盘式粉碎机的研究提供一定的理论依据。 Due to the influence of biomass power generation on environment and energy, authors of this paper propose to design a mobile forest residual crusher. The crushing mechanism ,was determined by comparing the merits and demerits of the disc chipper and the drum grinder and the influence of the two on the cutting power. The 3D model of cutter head and flying cutter was established, which is based on that the key parameters of disc cutter and flying cutter were analyzed. Taking the pine wood as an example, authors of this paper determine the cutting force and the cutting power of the disc mill from different angles through the experience analysis method, that provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of mobile forest residue disk chipper.
