摘要
在新的历史条件下,人民民主的快速发展、党内民主的日益完善,官兵民主需求的不断增强,给军队内部政治民主提出了新的要求。军队政治民主只有把创新着力点放在以政治平等为核心的民主范围拓展、以人格平等为核心民主的理念更新、以权利平等为核心的民主内容深化、以机会平等为核心的民主实践升华上,才能不断适应社会主义民主政治建设的要求,使军队民主始终充满生机活力。
In the new historical situation,the people＇s democracy is developing fast. The inner-party democracy is greatly improved,and servicemen＇s need for democracy is increasing. All this puts a new demand on the political democracy in the military. As to the innovative development of political democracy,importance should be attached to its extension focused on political equality,the updating of its ideas focused on personality equality,the deepening of its content focused on equality of rights and the enhancement of its practice focused on equality of opportunity. Only in this way can it be energetic and adapt better to the construction of socialist democracy.
