摘要
目前,国内在对孔板如何影响淹没式调节阀的流量控制精度、消能效果、振动及噪声控制等方面的特性的研究较少,且大多处于理论研究阶段。本文结合了某管道引水工程中使用的淹没式调节阀,通过数值模拟和试验测试的方法对有、无孔板的调节阀的流量系数、消能和振动噪声控制方面进行了深入的对比分析。结果表明增设孔板后,调节阀的消能性能有较大提升,其他方面的性能也有明显影响。为研究孔板对淹没式调节阀的性能影响和如何改善调节阀性能提供了一定参考。
At present,the research in the domestic on how to influence the submerged regulating valves' flow control accuracy,energy dissipation effect,vibration and noise control of the orifice plate is less,and most of them are in the stage of theoretical research. Combined with a pipeline diversion project using submerged valve,the regulating valves' with or without orifice flow coefficient,energy dissipation,noise and vibration control are analyzed deeply through numerical simulations and experimental tests.The results show that adding orifice,the energy dissipation performance of the regulating valve has greatly improved,other aspects of performances also have obvious effected. For the study on the effects of orifice plate on the submerged regulating valve and how to improve the performance of regulator performance provides a certain reference.
