摘要 分析研究了引汉济渭秦岭隧洞TBM施工段长距离连续皮带机的布置、设备选型和支架性能,并对连续皮带机安装和运行过程中的问题及处理措施进行了阐述和介绍。为满足要求,TBM施工段岭南工程连续皮带机采用三托辊输送带,皮带机带宽914mm,厚度15 mm,带速2~3 m/s,采用ST2000钢丝皮带,皮带支架满足受力和稳定性要求,针对安装运行中存在的问题,采取了分渣器气动改液压、移动尾端改造等处理措施,取得了良好效果。 On the base of the south Qinling TBM tunnel construction in Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project, the ar-rangement, type selection and support properties of long-distance continuous belt conveyor were analyzed and investigated, and the problemsand solutions associated with installation and operation of continuous belt conveyor were expounded and introduced. The results show that tomeet the requirements, the continuous belt conveyor with three rollers can be used, the conveyor with specific parameters such as belt width914 mm, thickness 15 mm and belt speed 2-3 m/ s adopted the ST2000 steel belt, support can satisfy the demand of strength and stabilityprimely. Against these existing problems in the installation and operation, the treatment measures were adopted such as turning pneumaticsystem of the slag separating device into hydraulic system and transforming the mobile ends, and the measures obtained good effects.
