隔振式张紧系统对带锯条横向振动位移的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用改装隔振杠杆压坨式张紧系统后的MJ3310A跑车带锯机试验,以锯轮转速、压坨重量、上下锯卡距离、树种、进料速度为因素,以带锯条横向振动位移为检验目标,根据L25(56)正交试验法设计试验,采用652U型振动信号采集和分析仪,对负载下完好带锯条在不同锯切参数水平下的横向振动位移进行采集和数据分析。根据数据分析,对安装隔振杠杆压坨式张紧系统跑车带锯机的完好带锯条横向振动位移影响的主次因素顺序是锯卡距离、压坨重量、锯轮转速、进料速度、树种。选取合理的锯切参数,以桦木为例,改装隔振杠杆压坨式张紧系统后的跑车带锯机锯切桦木时优化的锯切参数选择方案为A4B4C5E4,即锯轮转速860rpm,压坨重量95N,锯卡距离650mm,进料速度27m/min,隔振器效应明显,此时带锯条横向振动位移小,为0.483mm。 The test of MJ3310 Asports car band sawing machine with modified vibration isolation lever press type tensioning system was carried out.The factors were the speed of saw wheel,the weight of press block,the distance between top and bottom saws,the tree species,and the feed speed.Based on the L25(56)orthogonal test method,the transverse vibration displacement of the saw blade is taken as the test object.Using the 652 Uvibration signal acquisition and analyzer,the spectral vibration signal acquisition instrument and analysis software are used to collect and analyze the lateral vibration displacement of the band saw blade under different sawing parameters under load.According to the data analysis,the order of the main and secondary factors affecting the lateral vibration displacement of the intact belt saw blade installed with the vibration-isolating lever press type tension system is the sawing block distance,the weight of the sawing wheel,the speed of the saw wheel,the feed speed and the species of tree species.Take birch,for example,the optimized sawing parameter selection scheme of the sports car band saw machine after modifying the vibration isolation lever compression type tensioning system is A4 B4 C5 E4,that is,the speed of the saw wheel is 860 rpm,the weight of the saw is 95 N,the distance of the saw card is 650 mm,the feed speed is 27 m/min,and the lateral vibration displacement of the saw blade is small,is 0.483 mm.
