头孢噻肟钠治疗下呼吸道感染60例临床分析被引量：2

摘要目的对下呼吸道感染患者应用头孢噻肟钠治疗的临床影响效果探讨。方法将我院于2016年6月～2017年6月入院收治的60例下呼吸道感染患者按随机分配原则进行分组:对照组与实验组,各30例。头孢曲松用于对照组治疗中,头孢噻肟钠用于实验组治疗中,对两组患者的疗效状况和不良反应发生状况进行比较。结果实验组的疗效显著优于对照组(96. 67%<76. 67%),且差异显著,P <0. 05;在不良反应方面,两组患者的不良反应发生率均比较低,且比较差异不明显(P> 0. 05)。结论对下呼吸道感染患者应用头孢噻肟钠治疗的临床效果理想,总有效率高,安全性良好,值得推广。
