摘要
目的探讨用于降低血清白介素6(IL-6)水平的常用中医药物。方法用计算机以"IL-6"和"中药"为检索主题词,以2007年至2018年为检索时间范围,分别在中国知网、维普、万方期刊服务平台检索期刊文献,从检索出的期刊文献中筛选出符合标准的文献,并从中筛选出符合纳入标准的中医药物进行分析。结果共检索出1 067篇期刊文献(其中中国知网183篇,维普351篇,万方533篇),485篇符合纳入标准,包括160余味中药,最终纳入18味中医药物。其中清热药7味、补虚药6味、活血化瘀药2味、利水渗湿药2味、解表药2味、泻下药1味、收涩药1味。清热药中5/7归属肝经,补虚药中5/6归属脾经,出现频率最高的药物为黄芪。结论清热药和补虚药是用于降低血清IL-6水平的常用中医药物,泄肝与补脾是用于降低血清IL-6水平的常用中医治疗方法。
Objective To explore the common Chinese medicine drugs used to reduce the level of serum interleukin-6 （IL-6）. Methods Retrieving the key words “IL-6” and “tranditional Chinese medicine” from the year 2007 to 2018 in CNKI, CQVIP and Wanfang data bases. The documents that met the standards were selected from the retrieved journal literatures, and the Chinese medicines that qualified the inclusion standards were selected from the literatures and analyzed. Results A total of 1 067 journal articles were retrieved （including 183 articles from CNKI, 351 articles from CQVIP and 533 articles from Wanfang）, and 485 articles met the inclusion criteria, including 160 Chinese herbal medicines. Finally, 18 kinds of Chinese medicine were incorporated. Among them, there were 7 kinds of heat-clearing medicine, 6 kinds of tonic medicine, 2 kinds of blood-activating and stasis-relieving medicine, 2 kinds of water-staining and osmotic medicine, 2 kinds of relieving exterior disorder medicine, 1 kind of diarrhea medicine, and 1 kind of phlegm medicine. 5/7 of the heat-clearing drugs belonged to the liver, and 5/6 of the tonifying drugs belonged to the spleen. The drug with the highest frequency of occurrence was Astragalus membranaceus. Conclusions Heat-clearing medicine and tonifying medicine are commonly used traditional Chinese medicine drugs for reducing the level of serum IL-6. Liver drainage and spleen repair are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine to reduce serum IL-6 level.
