门座起重机PLC通讯电缆防干扰电气工艺技术

摘要 分析门座起重机项目电控系统中PLC通讯电缆受干扰情况,找出受干扰原因,在电气工艺图纸设计中增加机械结构内预埋件、整机通讯管路的畅通和敷设走向,现场施工过程中严格执行电气工艺安装规范,可避免PLC通讯电缆被干扰。 The disturbed situation of PLC communication cable in electric control system of gantry crane project is analyzed to find out the reason of interierence. In the design of electrical technology, the drawing adds inner embedded parts in mechanical structure and smoothness and laying directions of the communication lines tor the whole machine. Electrical technology installation specification is strictly implemented in the process of site construction, which the disturbed situation of PLC communication cable is avoided.
