摘要
电力系统的正常稳定运行是经济发展的重要保证。为保证电网正常运行,及时诊断出系统故障不仅是快速消除故障的首要前提,也对排除电网漏洞、预防故障发生大有裨益。本文考虑多类型故障发生时智能电力设备和断路器的状态,提出了一种基于优势粗糙集的多层故障估计分类系统。该技术为电力系统运维人员诊断系统状态、判断故障和入侵,提供了一个有效的解决方案,运维人员还能及时采取有效预防措施保护系统免受进一步损害。
The normal and stable operation of power system is an important guarantee for economic development. There fore, in order to ensure the normal operation of power grid, timely diagnosis of system failure is not only the first prerequi site to quickly eliminate the faults, but also of great benefit to remove threat and prevent occurrence of power failure. This paper considers the state of intelligent power equipment and circuit breakers when various kinds of faults occur. A multi layered fault classification system based on dominance rough set is proposed, which provides an effective solution for the power system operation and maintenance personnel to diagnose system status and determine faults and intrusion. In addi tion, the operation and maintenance personnel can take timely and effective measures to protect the system from further damage.
