摘要 为提供小浪底水库上游至县城区域科学的产业发展方案,从空间开发角度对小浪底水库至上游县城亳清河经济区进行综合适宜性分析。构建基于产业布局的综合适宜性评价体系,选取400 m×400 m格网为评价单元,以空间支撑性和约束性相关指标进行适宜性判别,选取莫兰指数(Moran's I)以微观尺度对研究区空间差异性特征进行分析。结果表明:1)按自然分等综合评价指数分级分区可知,适宜发展区占65.24%,禁止建设区占34.76%;在空间分布规律上,高适宜性区域分布于中心县城、小浪底水库湿地以及海拔较低、地势平坦的区域,整体呈现出海拔及坡度越高适宜性越低的趋势。2)通过ESDA分析,空间开发适宜性全局Moran's I指数为0.733 5,表现出空间连续性和集聚效应。将核心生态农业布局在高高集聚区可以带动周围经济发展,实现产业发展与空间开发相耦合。 In order to provide a scientific industrial development plan for the upstream of Xiaolangdi reservoir to the county area, the comprehensive suitability analysis of the main economic zone is carried out from the perspective of space development. By constructing a comprehensive suitability evaluation system based on industrial layout, 400 m× 400 m grids were selected as the evaluation unit, and the suitability discrimination was carried out with spatial support and binding indexes. From the microscopic scale, Moran’s I was selected to analyze the spatial differences of the study area. The results showed that: 1) According to the comprehensive evaluation index division of natural classification, the area of suitable development area was 65.24%, and the construction area was prohibited by 34.76%, spatially distributed in central county, Xiaolangdi reservoir wetland and low altitude, flat area. 2) Through ESDA space analysis, the spatial development suitability global Moran’s I is 0.733 5, showing spatial continuity and agglomeration effect. The core ecological agriculture layout can promote the surrounding economic development and realize the coupling of industrial development and space development. The study can clearly define the “red line”of non-construction protected areas such as agriculture and ecology, and realize the spatial development pattern of ecological and production suitability.
