摘要
针对目前利用传统的岛梁结构加速度计测量侵彻计层信号容易出现信号粘连以及信号拖尾的问题,该文提出了一种新型基于陶瓷叠层电容组加速度传感器测量侵彻信号。通过软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对所设计的陶瓷叠层电容组结构和传统岛梁结构的加速度计进行模态和瞬态分析对比,结果表明陶瓷电容传感器结构合理,能够可靠地接收振动信号,在侵彻计层中具有一定的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the problem that the signal of the penetrating layer is easy to appear signal sticking and signal tailing by using the traditional island beam accelerometer,a new type of ceramic laminated capacitor accelerometer is used to measure the penetration signal. The modal and transient analysis results of the designed ceramic laminated capacitor bank structure and the traditional island beam structure accelerometer were compared by software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,The results show that the ceramic capacitor sensor has a reasonable structure and can reliably receive the vibration signal. It has certain engineering application value in the penetrating layer.
