摘要
使用废铁屑为原料来制备硫酸亚铁铵,改进尾气处理装置,减少了环境污染,体现了绿色化学的概念。在兼顾产率和产品纯度的基础上,通过反应后残渣的称量,可以估算反应的铁的量,得到最佳配比为n(Fe)∶n((NH4)2SO4=1. 0∶1. 1。对最后产品的结晶过程进行了改进,采用了反溶剂结晶法,以乙醇为反溶剂,将其加入反应完的溶液中,减少乙醇溶液的使用量,极大程度上避免了Fe^(2+)的氧化,减少了产品的损耗,同时提升产品纯度。
Ammonium ferrous sulfate was prepared by using scrap iron as raw material,tail gas treatment device was improved,environmental pollution was reduced,and the concept of green chemistry was reflected. Based on both the yield and the purity of the product,the amount of iron reacted could be estimated by weighing the residue after the reaction.The optimum ratio was n( Fe) ∶n(( NH4)2 SO4= 1. 0∶1. 1. The crystallization process of the final product was improved.The anti-solvent crystallization method was used. Ethanol was used as the anti-solvent and it was added to the finished solution. The use of the ethanol solution was reduced,and the oxidation of Fe^2+was largely avoided. The loss of product was reduced,while product purity was improved.
