摘要
针对含扶贫式光伏的农村配电网运行特点,在逆变器功率控制基础上,提出了光储联合发电分时协调控制技术。分析了光伏电源接入农网后逆变器电压/无功控制原理,在某低压台区建立了光储联合发电系统。其中对逆变器设置死区控制环节保证无功调节优先性,同时分时对光伏电源和储能进行协调控制、平滑功率输出。最后结合Opendss软件对所提出的控制策略进行验证,仿真结果表明该控制策略能够有效提升农网电能质量运行水平。
Aiming at the operation characteristics of rural distribution network with photovoltaic for poverty alleviation, this paper presents a coordinative control technology of grid connected photovoltaic and energy storage system based on the power control of inverters. The voltage/reactive power control principle of the inverter was analyzed, and the system of photovoltaic and energy storage was established in a low voltage distribution network. The control of the dead zone of the inverter is set to guarantee the priority of reactive power adjusting, meanwhile, the power supply and energy storage can be controlled coordinately to smooth the output of power. Finally, the proposed control strategy is verified through the low voltage distribution network with Opendss software, and the simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the power quality of the rural grid.
