摘要
当前大学生就业形势依然严峻，为了深入了解90后安徽省大学生就业及社会生活状况，为政府及学校进一步做好就业工作提供决策参考，特展开此次专项调查活动。本次调查采用3240个有效样本对大学生的就业基本信息、就业影响因素、薪资水平的相关因素、大学教育质量，用人单位条件等一系列毕业生就业比较关注的问题进行了细致的问卷调查分析。在定量描述其一般水平的基础上进行了相关因素的检验，详细说明了90后毕业的大学生关于就业和社会生活状况的方方面面，以期为政府做好就业政策提供一些帮助。
At present, the employment situation of college students is still serious. In order to understand the employment and soeial life of post 90 college students in Anhui Province, this investigation provides decision - making ref- erenee for the government and schools to do well in the employment work. In this survey,3240 valid samples were used to analyze the basic information about the employment of college students, the influencing factors of employment, the related faetors of salary level, the quality of university education and the conditions of employing units and so on. This article test the relevant factors on the basis of quantitative description of its general level and describe the 90s graduates on employment and social aspects of life in detail, with a view to help the government formulate employment poliey.
