摘要 为提高综采工作面自动化开采水平,对国家能源宁夏煤业集团公司红柳煤矿Ⅰ010305自动化工作面LASC系统进行了研究,阐述了综采工作面自动化技术现状,重点描述了LASC系统基本结构、主要功能、与相关设备配套使用的关系和现场应用效果。通过现场实践对比,实现了工作面直线度自动检测与自动矫直、采煤机三维精确定位,进一步提升了综采工作面自动化开采水平。 In order to improve automatic mining level of fully mechanized coal face, the LASC system of I 010305 automatic working face of Hongliu Coal Mine of National Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company is studied. This paper expounds the present situation of automation technology of fully mechanized mining face in the National Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Group Company, and emphatically describes the basic structure, main functions, the relationship between LASC system and related equipment, and the effect of field application. Through the field practice comparison, the automatic detection and straightening of the straightness of the working face are realized, the three dimensional accurate positioning of the shearer is realized, and the automatic mining level of the fully mechanized mining face is further improved.
