摘要
卷烟厂过滤嘴发射管道因胶致堵后的清理是生产过程中的一个实际难题。目前普遍采用的梭标法其清理效果欠佳,导致清理周期较短,直接影响生产效率。借鉴多用于大型管道清理的清管器原理,设计试制了一种适用于管径10.4mm的清管器,针对现场使用的6m长铜管模拟胶垢,分别使用新试制的清管器和工厂现用的梭标法实施30次清理对比,清管器清理出的胶垢占总量的48.58%,梭标清理出的胶垢占总量的8.25%,实验证明清管器清理效果明显好于梭标。在生产现场使用清管器分别对50m、100m、150m组合联接管进行试验,均能一次性有效通过。
Cleaning glue-plugging pipe of shooting cigarette-filter is a practical problem in producing process of cigarette factories. At present, spearing is commonly adopted, while its poor cleaning effect leads to short cleaning cycle and low production efficiency. Using large-scale pipe cleaning principle for reference, a kind of pig suitable for 10.4mm diameter is designed and manufactured. For the 6m-length copper pipe by glue simulating,30 cleaning comparison respectively selecting the new designed pig and spearing currently using by cigarette factories are implemented. The glue cleaned out by the pig has accounted to 48.58%; the glue cleaned out by the spear makes up 8.25% of the total amount. The experimental results show that there is obvious superiority cleaning effect of pig than of spear. In the production field, the test passing the pig through 50m-length、100-length and 150m-length combined pipe respectively shows one-time success.
