摘要
从第三次科技革命到工业“4.0”,企业将面临更复杂的机遇和挑战,企业员工的知识创新已成为企业发展的核心问题.知识吸收能力很大程度上体现了员工对新知识的掌握能力.通过文献综述和理论研究的方法,对近年来关于知识吸收能力的研究进行梳理和总结,并根据前人的理论,提出创新氛围、知识吸收能力与创新绩效之间的假设,建立以知识吸收能力为中介变量的创新氛围与创新绩效关系的理论模型,最后对未来趋势进行总结和展望.
Enterprises will face more complex opportunities and challenges from the third scientific and technological revolution to industrial"4.0".The knowledge innovation of enterprise employees has become the core issue of enterprise development.The knowledge absorptionlargely reflects the ability of employees to master new knowledge.The research on knowledge absorption capacity in recent years is reviewed and summarized through literature review and theoretical research methods.Based on the previous theories,this paper proposes the hypothesis between innovation atmosphere,knowledge absorbing ability and innovation performance.The theoretical model of establishing the relationship between innovation atmosphere and innovation performance takes the capacity of knowledge absorption as the intermediary variable.Finally,future trends will be summarized and prospected.
