摘要
[目的]建立四氯虫酰胺原药(SYP-9080)中有效成分含量测定的快速分析方法。[方法]采用安捷伦公司的1260高效液相色谱,C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,在检测波长236 nm下对四氯虫酰胺原药有效成分进行定量分析。[结果]该方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.6%,变异系数为0.13%,标准偏差为0.130。[结论]该方法分离效果好、样品溶液稳定性强,同时具有快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Aims] A HPLC method for the quantitative determination of SYP-9080 TC was developed. [Methods] The content of SYP-9080 TC was determined with the Agilent 1260 HPLC, with the mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, and with C18 column at 236 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.6%, the coefficient of variation was 0.13%, and the standard deviation was 0.130. [Conclusions] This method is fast, good separation, stability, high precision and accuracy, and good linear correlations.
