基于层次因果分析法的打火机质量安全控制应用研究

摘要 基于打火机GB 25722-2010标准框架下安全性能测试数据,针对安全性能测试中高风险项目,通过层次分析法和因果关系法结合分析,构建打火机质量安全控制中关键因素的权重,分析打火机质量安全关键控制点。分析结果表明影响打火机安全性能主要因素层为:标准质控(0.4676)>装配工艺(0.2351)>箱体材质(0.1365)>配件质量(0.0674)>结构设计(0.0630)>燃液配置(0.0305),细化因素层的权重问题集中在标准执行不到位、质控过程不严格、各零件贴合度较低、标准使用不恰当、形状过大、各零件匹配度较低等。研究基于层次因果分析法给出了生产过程中影响打火机安全质量的关键控制点,并给出产品质量安全控制建议,为打火机的安全性能提升及质量改进提供技术支持,为企业及相关部门开展打火机产品质量监测提供重点监控方向。 Based on the quality and safety testing statistics of lighter in GB 25722-2010, targeting at the high-risk items in safety performance test, this paper comprehensively analyzes the method of AHP and causality, builds the key factor weight of quality and safety control, analyzes the critical control point of lighter' s quality and safety. The analysis results show that the main factors affecting the safety performance of lighter are: standard quality control (0.4676) 〉 assembly process (0.2351) 〉 box material (0.1365) 〉 parts quality (0.0674) 〉 structure design (0.0630) 〉 combustion liquid configuration (0.0305). The weight questions of thinning factor layer concentrate on the under-performed standard, non-strict quality control process, low compactness of each part, inappropriate standard, oversize shape, low matching degree of each part and so on. Based on the hierarchical causal analysis method, this paper gives the critical control point of lighter' s quality and safety during the production process, then provides the suggestions of production quality and safety control. It provides the technical support for lighter' s safety production and quality improvement and key monitoring direction for government departments to carry out quality monitoring of lighter products.
