长链非编码RNA在甲状腺乳头状癌中的研究进展 被引量:3

Research Progress of LncRNA in Papillary Thyroid Cancer

摘要 甲状腺乳头状癌是最常见的内分泌腺恶性肿瘤,其发病率显著上升。lncRNA因其非编码性一直处于研究盲区,随着基因测序技术的逐渐成熟,lncRNA在表观遗传调控、转录调控、转录后调控的重要作用初步显现,探究lncRNA对于细胞生命活动的意义受到越来越多的关注。lncRNAs作为一类新的ncRNAs,在甲状腺乳头状癌细胞增殖,癌变和转移中起重要作用。其可作为甲状腺乳头状癌诊断、预后的生物标志物学和靶向治疗的潜在靶点。全文就lncRNA的结构功能、在甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用,以及作为治疗靶点进行综述。 Papillary thyroid cancer(PTC) is the most common malignancy of the endocrine glands,the incidence of PTC has significantly risen. The recent studies have shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) plays significant roles in epigenetic regulation,transcriptional regulation and posttranscriptional regulation,and it has become a hot spot for research on cell life activities. As a new class of ncRNAs,lncRNAs are significantly involved in the proliferation,progression and metastasis of papillary thyroid cancer. LncRNAs may serve as biomarkers for the diagnosis,prognosis of papillary thyroid cancer and potential targets for targeted therapy. This article reviews the structure and function of lncRNA,as well as its application in thyroid cancer,particularly as a potential therapeutic target.
