摘要
随着整体橱柜在市场上的占有率逐渐升高,实木柜门在整体橱柜上的应用越来越广泛。但现有框架式实木橱柜门存在制作程序多、工艺繁琐、生产流程长等问题,不利于企业在市场竞争中取得优势。有必要开发新的实木柜门形式,以保持框架式实木柜门自然、美观、造型能力强等优势的同时缩短其生产流程,提高生产效率。笔者试从实木橱柜门的结构和生产工艺出发,分析现有柜门及制作中的问题,从提高标准化的角度,简化、优化零部件,提出实木橱柜门制作的新方向,以期对实木柜门的生产产生一定的指导意义。
With the increasing market share of overall cabinets,the application of solid wood cabinet doorin the overall cabinet is more and more extensive. However,the frame-type wood cabinet doors have manyproblems such as numerous production procedures,cumbersome processes,and long production process-es,which are not conducive to obtain advantages of enterprises in the market competition. It is necessaryto develop new form of solid wood cabinet door,while can keep the advantages of natural,beautiful,andmodeling ability,shorten the process of production and improve its production efficiency. Starting with thestructure and production process of solid wood cabinet doors,the problems in production were analyzed,the parts from the standpoint of standardization were simplified and optimized. The authors put forwardthe new direction of making the cabinet door with an aim to provide certain guiding significance to the pro-duction of solid wood cabinet door.
