摘要
钢管混凝土结构由于其优越的抗火性能以及良好的火灾后可修复性能。已广泛应用于我国建筑结构、工业厂房柱以及地铁站台柱等结构中。为深入研究该类结构抗火性能,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立了圆钢管混凝土柱温度场分析精细有限元模型,通过合理选择钢材和混凝土的热工参数,对该类构件在标准火灾作用下的截面升温特性进行分析,并与试验结果进行对比。分析表明,核心混凝土由于热惰性,升温较慢,温度梯度较大,与试验结论相吻合,表明这种方法能够较好地模拟圆钢管混凝土柱截面的升温特性。
Concrete-filled steel tubular structure has excellent fire resistance and good post-fire repairability,It has been widely used in construction structure,industrial plant columns and subway platform columns.In order to further study the fire resistance of this kind of structure.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,a fine finite element model for temperature field analysis of round steel pipe concrete column is established.Through reasonable selection of steel and concrete thermal parameters,the heating characteristics of cross section under standard fire were analyzed and compared with the test results.The analysis shows that the calculated results agree well with the test results,The results show that the temperature gradient of core concrete is large due to thermal inertia and slow temperature rise and this method can simulate the heating characteristics of the concrete column section of steel tube.
