摘要
针对新时代高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设呈现的新特点,提出其面临的新任务。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,应从巩固共同政治思想基础、发展哲学社会科学和推进立德树人工作的高度着眼,精准把握教师队伍培养建设的切入点、着力点和突破点,从而切实发挥新时代思政课的主渠道主阵地作用,进一步优化完善思想政治理论课课程建设,不断加强高校思想政治工作。
New features have emerged in building teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in a new era. Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era, we should focus on the high degree of strengthening our political and ideological foundation, philosophy and social sciences’ development and fostering virtue through education and enhancing our students’ well-rounded development. We should get the penetration points, force-points and breakthrough points of building teachers to make full function of ideological and political theory courses, optimize them and advance ideological and political work in colleges and universities in a new era.
