摘要
为了研究不同滤嘴在卷烟降焦减害中的作用,提出了超高效合相色谱(UPC2)等度洗脱测定对卷烟主流烟气中8种羰基化合物的方法。研究结果表明:UPC2相对于传统的反相色谱,具有良好的正交选择性,8种羰基化合物具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999),加标回收率为79%~93%,检出限为0.06~0.15μg/支;加入了活性炭的滤嘴对8种羰基化合物的综合过滤效果最好;滤嘴材料的选择是降低目标有害成分的关键。
In order to study the different filters in the effect of depressing the tar and reducing the harm, an ultra performance convergence chromatography (UPC2) is developed for analyzing eight carbonyl compounds in cigarette smoke. The results show that compared with conventional reverse-phase chromatography, this method has a good orthogonal selectivity. The eight carbonyl compounds display good linearity (R2>0.999). The standard addition recoveries range from 79%to 93%. The limits of detection of range from 0.08 to 0.05 μg/cig;The cigarette adding active carbon in filter tip has the best comprehensive filtering effect of eight carbonyl compounds; Selecting the appropriate filter material is the key to reduce the target harmful components.
