摘要
研究了1株白囊耙齿菌Irpex lacteus ZK1(CGMCC No. 11920)对玉米秸秆和羽毛粉混合物的降解及产物生成特征。结果表明:菌株ZK1在基质中生长能力的大小顺序为玉米秸秆和羽毛粉混合物>玉米秸秆>羽毛粉;在混合物中生长时可产漆酶、锰过氧化物酶、木质素过氧化酶和植酸酶,酶活性最大值分别为93. 33,13. 76,27. 11,1 314. 98 U/g。木质素和纤维素的降解率分别达到41. 02%和53. 44%。菌株ZK1能利用混合物产生菌体多糖,使发酵物中多糖的平均含量达37. 11 mg/g;而且还可以将秸秆和羽毛粉中的氮转化成消化率高的菌体蛋白,从而使得发酵产物中真蛋白和粗蛋白的平均含量分别达到了26. 33%和47. 17%。菌株ZK1产生的植酸酶能从混合物中释放出溶解性正磷酸盐,使发酵物中可溶性磷酸盐的平均含量达131. 42μg/g。以上表明,菌株ZK1在利用玉米秸秆生产高质饲料方面具有重要的应用价值。
We studied the degradation of corn straw and feather powder mixture by a strain of Irpex lacteus ZK1( CGMCC No. 11920) and the product formation characteristics. The results showed that the growing ability of strain ZK1 on media was in the order of corn straw and feather powder mixture 〉corn straw 〉feather powder. Strain ZK1 growing on mixture produced laccase,manganese peroxidase,lignin peroxidase and phytase and the enzyme activities were 93. 33,13. 76,27. 11,1 314. 98 U/g,respectively. The degradation rate of lignin and cellulose were 41. 02% and 53. 44%,respectively. Strain ZK1 produced cell polysaccharide with a highest content of 37. 11 mg/g in fermentation products. Strain ZK1 could also convert nitrogen in straw and feather powder into bacterial protein with a high digestibility so that the content of true protein and crude protein in the fermentation product was up to 26. 33% and 47. 17%,respectively. Strain ZK1 released soluble phosphate from the mixture by producing phytase which led to the high average content of soluble phosphate in the fermentation( 131. 42 μg/g). It showed that strain ZK1 has important application value in utilizing corn straw to produce high-quality feed.
