摘要
深层水泥土搅拌墙因具有地质适应性强、防渗性能好、墙体刚度大等优点在工程建设中应用较为广泛。在实际施工中,深层水泥土搅拌墙质量受多种因素的影响,尤其受CSM双轮铣施工工艺影响较大。因此,加强CSM双轮铣施工工艺研究对提高搅拌墙质量具有重要意义。论文以某工程的深层水泥土搅拌墙为例,用CSM工法设计深层水泥土搅拌墙,对其施工质量进行分析,并给出质量管理的要点以及建议,可为深基坑的顺利施工提供参考。
Deep cement soil mixing wall is widely used in engineering construction because of its strong geological adaptability, good imperviousness and high wall stiffness. In actual construction, the quality of deep cement soil mixing wall is affected by many factors, especially by CSM construction technology. Therefore, strengthening the construction technology of CSM double wheel milling is of great significance for improving the quality ofmixthg wall. This paper takes the deep cement soil mixing wall ofa project as an example, designs the deep cement soil mixing wall with CSM double wheel milling method, analyzes its construction quality, and gives the key points and suggestions of quality management in order to provide reference for the smooth construction of deep foundation pit.
