摘要
某公司一载人电梯在运行过程中驱动主轴发生断裂。采用化学成分分析、金相试验、硬度试验及断口分析等方法,对驱动主轴进行分析。结果表明:驱动主轴在承受扭转交变载荷过程中,裂纹在主轴表面应力集中处萌生直至线性起裂,沿主轴周向及向内扩展,最后在大应力下发生偏心扭转疲劳断裂。
The main shaft of elevator was broken during operation in a company.The main shaft was analyzed by means of chemical composition, metallographic examination, hardness testing and fractureanalysis.The results showed that in the process of torsional alternating load, the crack sprouts at the stress concentration at the surface of the main shaft until it is linear, extends along the spindle circumference and inward, and the eccentric torsional fatigue fracture occurs under the large stress.
