摘要
通过查阅近20年相关文献,对防风化学成分及药理作用研究概况进行整理、归纳。防风具有祛风解表,胜湿止痛,止痉等功效,其主要化学成分为升麻素苷和5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷,具有解热、镇痛、抗炎、抗菌、抗过敏、抗肿瘤、抗凝血、抗血栓、调节机体免疫功能等药理作用。总结防风化学成分及药理作用,为其开发利用提供参考。
Through the literature review of the past 20 years, the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of the radix sileris were summarized and summarized. Radix sileris has the effect of expelling wind, relieving exterior heat, relieving pain, stopping convulsion and so on, the main chemical constituents are cimicifugin and 5-0-methylvisammiol. It has antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti allergic, anti-tumor, anticoagulant, anti thrombotic, and regulating the immune function of the body and other pharmacological effects. To summarize the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of radix sileris, and provide reference for its development and application.
