摘要
目的探讨巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合舍曲林治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取张家口市沙岭子医院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的抑郁症患者98例,随机分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例)。对照组口服盐酸舍曲林片,50 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服巴戟天寡糖胶囊,1粒/次,2次/d。两组均连续治疗6周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)和36条简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分及炎性因子和神经内分泌指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为79.6%、93.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HAMD-17评分显著降低(P<0.05),SF-36总分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组HAMD-17评分和SF-36总分水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-12和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平均显著升高(P<0.05),神经生长因子(NGF)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后这些神经内分泌指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴戟天寡糖胶囊联合舍曲林可迅速缓解抑郁症患者症状,调节神经内分泌功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bajitian Oligosaccharide Capsules combined with sertraline in treatment of depression. Methods Patients（98 cases） with depression in Shalingzi Hospital of Zhangjiakou from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control（49 cases） and treatment（49 cases） groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets, 50 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Bajitian Oligosaccharide Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and HAMD-17 scores, SF-36 scores, the serum inflammatory factors, and the neuroendocrine indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 79.6% and 93.9% respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, HAMD-17 scores in two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, but SF-36 scores were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the IL-6, IL-12, and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and these serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the 5-HT, NE, and BDNF concentration in two groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, but NGF levels were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and these neuroendocrine indexes levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bajitian Oligosaccharide Capsules combined with sertraline in treatment of depression can quickly relieve the symptoms, regulate neuroendocrine function, and improve the quality of life.
