摘要
目的 了解镇海区过敏性疾病过敏原的种类分布及流行特征。方法 采用免疫印迹法检测2 149例患者特异性过敏原Ig E抗体(SIg E)和过敏原总Ig E抗体(TIg E)。结果 2 149例患者中过敏原阳性1 435例,阳性率为66. 78%;TIg E阳性1 264例(占58. 82%); SIg E阳性1 014例(占47. 18%);吸入性过敏原检出998例,检出率排前3位的SIg E为户尘螨/粉尘螨组合(30. 85%)、猫/狗毛皮屑组合(5. 44%)、霉菌组合1(2. 79%);食物性过敏原检出930例,检出率排前3位的SIg E为鱼/虾/蟹组合(10. 80%)、牛奶(10. 28%)、牛/羊肉组合(9. 40%)。不同年龄及不同季节过敏原阳性率差异均有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为49. 561、15. 882,P 〈0. 05)。结论 通过分析镇海区过敏原流行病学特点,明确过敏原,避免接触这种物质,减少过敏性疾病的反复发作。
Objective To investigate the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of allergens in allergic diseases in Zhenhai District. Methods The specific allergen IgE antiboby (SIgE) and total IgE antiboby (TIgE) of 2 149 patients were detected by western blot. Results Among the 2 149 patients, 1 435 cases of allergens were detected, with the positive rate of 66.78%. 1 264 cases of TIgEs(58.82% ), 1 014 cases of SIgEs(47.18% ), 998 cases of inhaled allergens were detected, the top three SIgEs were house dirt mite/dust mite (30.85%), cat/dog scurf(5.44% ) and mold combination 1 (2.79%). 930 cases of food allergens were detected, and the top three SIgEs were fish/shrimp/crab combination( 10.80% ), milk( 10.28% ) and beef/mutton combination(9.40% ). There differences were statistically significant in the positive rate of allergens at different ages and seasons (χ^2= 49. 561, χ^2= 15. 882, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Through analyzing the epidemiological characteris- tics of allergens in Zhenhai District, the allergens were identified to avoid contact with this substance and reduce the recurrence of allergic diseases.
