摘要
目的 了解雅安市各区县居民碘营养状况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法 尿碘、水碘采用WS/T 107—2006测定,盐碘用GB/T 13025. 7—2012测定,甲状腺容积采用B超法。结果 2011年-2015年合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率均在97%以上,各年度的差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0. 02,χ^2=0. 11,χ^2=0. 043,P〉 0. 05),2011年-2014年雨城区监测点共检查甲状腺1 227人,有两年甲状腺肿大率均〉 3. 0%,另外两年甲状腺肿大率为零,各年度甲状腺肿大人数有统计学意义(χ^2=13. 25,P 〈0. 05)。“十二五”规划碘缺乏病评估儿童尿碘中位数除了汉源县为167. 5μg/L外,其他县都在223μg/L-253μg/L;孕妇尿碘中位数汉源县和芦山县〈150μg/L,其他县在150μg/L-190μg/L。结论 人群碘营养水平总体保持适宜状态,全市八县(区)保持消除碘缺乏病状态,个别县孕妇碘营养不足还需要加强科学补碘。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition of residents in districts and counties of Ya’an,so as to provide basis for timely targeted prevention measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies. Methods Urine samples and water samples were determined with WS/T107—2006,salt samples were dertermined with GB/T13025. 7—2012,and thyroid volume was dertermined by B-ultrasound. Results From 2011 to 2015,the consumption rate,pass rate and coverage rate of qualified iodized salt were all above 97%,and there was no statistical significance in the annual difference( χ2= 0. 02,χ2= 0. 11,χ2=0. 043,P > 0. 05); 1 227 students were tested in Yuching monitoring point from 2011 to 2014,the goiter rate was above 3. 0%in two years,and zero in the other two years,and the difference of the annual goiter was statistical significant( χ2= 13. 25,P <0. 05). The results of iodine deficiency disease in the 12 thFive-Year Assessment showed that the median salt iodine of children was within 223 μg/L-253 μg/L in all counties except Hanyuan( 167. 5 μg/L). The median urinary iodine of pregnancy women was under 150 μg/L in Hanyuan and Lushan,while it was within 150 μg/L-190 μg/L in other counties. Conclusion The intake of iodine in residents is suitable,and all the districts of Ya’an maintained no iodine deficiency. Iodine supplement should be enhanced in some pregnant women to prevent iodine deficiency disorders.
