摘要
自微课概念提出以来,各类微课培训、微课教学比赛、微课制作开发平台、网站教学等如雨后春笋般出现。本文基于微课参赛与教学实践,探究如何通过微课的制作、研发及应用,提高大学英语教师的综合素质,包括教学设计方法、语言组织、资源信息整理以及课堂组织能力等方面,进而提高英语教学质量。
Since the concept of micro-lecture was put forward,various kinds of related training,teaching competition,production and development platform,web sites have sprung up.Based on four years’competition and teaching practice,the article explores how to improve college English teachers’quality through micro-lecture making,research and development as well as application,which includes teaching design methods,language organization,resource information organization and classroom organization skills,and thus to improve the quality of English teaching.
