摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国的高等职业教育逐渐由精英教育向大众化教育发展,高校毕业生数量逐年增加,大学生就业形势日趋严重。本文指出了大学生就业过程中,亟需解决的问题,通过职业指导概念的阐述,就其在促进大学生就业工作中的重要作用进行了初步探讨。
With the continuous development of social economy,higher vocational education in our country gradually from elite education to mass education,the number of college graduates has increased year by year,the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious. This paper points out that the employment of university students,the need to solve the problem,the concept of career guidance is elaborated,its important role in promoting the employment of college students are discussed.
