摘要
BIM技术具有可视化、数字化、信息化、模拟性、优化性、易统计的特点。就BIM技术在"四电"工程项目管理中的应用进行研究,针对电气化铁路施工线路长、工期短、交叉施工影响大的特点,将BIM技术引入到铁路站后"四电"工程项目施工管理中来,以求在优化施工组织、提高施工安全、保证施工工期、促进成本管理等方面发挥积极作用。
BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization, digitization, informatization, simulation, optimization, Easy-to-statistics. The elec- tric railways has the characteristics of long construction circuit, short time limit, great influence caused by cross-construction. Thus the BIM technology is introduced into construction of ‘four electric project' management. The aim of this article is to optimize the construction organization, improve the construction safety, guarantee the construction period, and promote the construction. In the end, the application of this method in the field of pro- ject management is studies.
