摘要
随着对临床手术、免疫疾病、心血管疾病等科室患者血液凝固情况床旁快速检测(POCT,Point of Care Testing)的需求越来越大,凝血快速检测技术及方法引起学者及商业的广泛关注。本文提出一种以圆形片状弹簧作为弹性支撑的电磁感应凝血过程检测传感器。采用有限元法对弹性支撑进行模态分析与谐响应分析,优化分析结果并制作传感器试验样机,对传感器样机的速度及位移频谱特性进行了试验测试;搭建凝血测试装置,建立POCT快速检测血凝的标准曲线,与进口POCT凝血仪进行测试结果比对。结果表明,设计的传感器振动速度1.5μm/s,振幅1.75×10-3μm,其与进口POCT凝血仪测试结果相关性达到0.996,重复性达到0.002。通过该研究,为凝血检测提供电磁振动传感技术理论和实验基础。
With the increasing need for patients undergoing surgery, with immunological disease and cardiovascular dis ease, rapid detection techniques and methods of blood coagulation have caused wide attention in academia and the business community. This study had proposed a novel electromagnetic type coagulation detector with the round and leaf spring as the middle spring support, with dynamic testing sensor technology of coagulation in vitro as the research ob jective. Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were conducted on the spring support group using finite element method, the analysis results were optimized, the sensor experimental prototype was manufactured, and the coagulation testing device was constructed. The velocity spectral characteristics and displacement spectral characteristics of the sensor prototype were tested, the standard curve of POCT in the rapid detection of coagulation was established through matching the coagulation testing device with coagulation reagent, and methodological comparison was performed with the im ported POCT coagulometer system. The vibration velocity of the sensor designed in this s study was 1.5μm/s, and the amplitude was 1.75×10 -3μm. Meanwhile, the correlation with the imported POCT coagulometer system in terms of test results was as high as 0.996, and the repeatability was 0.002. The study could provide theory and experimental foundation for the electromagnetic vibration induction technology in coagulation detection.
