摘要
目的:分析藏医药治疗"黄水病"方剂的组方规律。方法:收集《藏药部颁标准》、《中国医学百科全书·藏医学》、《常用藏成药诠释》等标准及著作中治疗"黄水病"的藏药方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台软件,采用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析这些方剂中常用药物、组方规律及核心组合。结果:整理出治疗"黄水病"的藏医方剂共101首,涉及223味藏药,使用频次10次及以上的藏药共30种,演化得到核心组合18个,新处方15个。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对藏医治疗"黄水病"方剂进行数据分析,发现黄葵子、乳香、决明子、诃子等常用药物以及宽筋藤-乳香-诃子-余甘子等核心组合18个,为这些药物的临床应用和新药开发提供了参考依据。
Objective To analyze medication regularities of prescriptions treating＂Huangshui＂ diseases recorded in traditional Tibetan medical literature. Methods Prescriptions treating ＂Huangshui＂diseases were collected from the Tibetan medical literature or official standards,such as Chinese Medical Encyclopedia Tibetan medicine,Tibetan medicine standard,and interpretation of common Tibetan medicine. Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system（ TCMISS）,data mining methods such as improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze commonly used drugs,medication regularities and core combinations of these prescriptions. Result A total of 101 Tibetan medicine prescriptions for the treatment of ＂Huangshui＂diseases were collected,involving 223 Tibetan medicines,30 Tibetan medicines with the used frequency of 10 times or more,18 key combinations,and 15 new prescriptions. Conclusion It is found that the commonly used medicines for the treatment of ＂Huangshui＂diseases in the traditional Tibetan medical system are Abelmoschi Semen,Olibanum,Cassiae Semen,Chebulae Fructusetc and 18 key combinations,such as Tinospora-Olibanum-Chebulae Fructus-Phyllanthus emblica for TCMISS. Which provides a reference for the clinical application of these herbs and the development of new drugs.
