摘要
外语教学的目的是培养学生运用外语进行跨文化交际的能力.英汉两种语言的指称意义、语用意义、言内意义的非对应性对跨文化交际有一定影响.在外语教学中,传授符号学的意义理论.有意识地向学生介绍这三种不对应的情况及其补救措施,有助于提高学生跨文化交际的能力.
The paper analyses the non-correspondence of the designative meaning, pragmatic meaning and linguistic meaning between Lnglish and Chinese according to the semiotics theory and also points out the compensating measures .Teachers should often inttodoce the above non-correspondence between two languages in order to improve students ability of cross-culture communication.
