QPQ盐浴复合处理技术指在氮化盐浴和氧化盐浴两种盐浴中处理工件,实现了渗氮工序和氧化工序的复合;渗层组织是氮化物和氧化物的复合;性能是耐磨性和抗蚀性的复合;工艺是热处理技术和防腐技术的复合。扼要介绍了QPQ技术的发展过程、工艺特点、适用范围、研究现状以及存在的问题。重点阐述了QPQ技术的最新研究进展,并展望了QPQ技术的发展趋势。
The quench-polish-quench (QPQ) salt bath composite processing technology is surface treatment technology that the part is treated in the nitriding salt bath and the oxidizing salt bath. Therefore, the process of QPQ techniques is a complex process which consists of nitriding process and oxidizing process, the microstructures of nitrided layer is a complex structure which consists of nitride and oxide, the performance of nitrided layer is complex performance which consists or wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the technology of QPQ techniques is a complex technology which consists of heat treatment technology and corrosion prevention technology. An introduction of developing processes, technology features, applicable scope and research status on QPQ techniques is proposed. A review focuses on lately progress of QPQ techniques, and prospect of developing trend of the techniques is presented.
