基于白酒营销的“四能”人才培养规格分析

摘要 本文从市场营销专业人才培养出发,通过对白酒企业营销人才的需求进行分析,提出"能进酒坊、能跑市场、能容天下、能担大梁"的"四能"培养规格。并且分析了在师资、教材、校企合作及教学方面的现状与不足,最后提出利用现有资源加大对师资特别是具有实践经验的双师型教师的引入,利用激励制度,丰富和完善教学资源,提升专业的内核建设。 Through an analysis of needs of liquor enterprise marketing talents,the paper proposes cultivation standards of'Four Abilities',that is'abilities of serving in a liquor factory,dealing with a market,being magnanimous and undertaking responsibilities'.After an analysis of present status and insufficiency in terms of teachers,teaching,teaching materials and cooperation between school and enterprise,a proposal of a faster introduction of double-qualified competency teachers that have practical experiences,an enrichment and better teaching resources to promote specialty core construction making use of motivation system is put forward.
