摘要
大安市不仅是东北典型的季冻土区,也是吉林省土壤盐渍化最严重的地区之一。境内的土壤盐分含量高、组成复杂,主要有Na^+、HCO-3、Cl^-、SO_2-~4,还有少量的Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、K^+等。在盐类侵蚀与冻融循环等外界因素作用下,常引起混凝土的盐冻剥蚀破坏,造成结构性能劣化,严重影响各类建筑物的耐久性与安全性。为了探究盐类侵蚀与冻融循环双重因素作用下混凝土的耐久性能,进行了复合盐、单盐(碳酸氢盐、氯盐、硫酸盐)及水环境下普通混凝土的抗冻耐久性快速试验,总结在盐蚀—冻融双重因素作用下,普通混凝土的盐冻破坏规律,运用电镜扫描、能谱与化学成分分析,进一步研究普通混凝土盐冻的破坏机理。
Daan city is not only a typical season of frozen area in northeast part of China,but one of the areas with the most serious soil salination in Jilin province.The saline soil in Daan area highly riches in salt and its composition is complex,which mainly includes Na+,HCO-3,Cl-,SO2-4,as well as a small amount of Mg2+,Ca2+,K+,etc..Some external environmental factors such as salt erosion and freezing-thawing cycles result in damage of concrete material,lead to degradation of structure behavior,threat to the durability and safety of various buildings.In order to study the durability of concrete under the action of salts attack and freezing-thawing cycles,quick tests on the frost-resisting durability of NSC are performed under the environment of multiple salts solution,single salt(bicarbonate,chloride,sulfate salt)solution and water in this paper to summarize the frost damage law of NSC under the double actions of salt corrosion and freezingthawing cycles,to find out the frost damage mechanism of NSC by using scan electron microscopy(SEM)and the energy spectrum and its chemical composition analysis.
