城市地下轨道交通近接下穿既有结构施工风险综合评估法的研究

摘要 城市地下轨道交通建设面临着大量的近接和下穿的既有结构施工,施工风险极高,以致安全事故频发。为避免或减少施工安全事故,关键措施之一是提高施工风险的综合评估能力。根据风险评估所运用的主要理论或方法将目前用于城市轨道交通工程的综合评估法归纳为5种:风险综合指数法、模糊数学法、偶合及灰色聚类法、贝叶斯网络法、五元联系数法,并将之分类总结,概括其各自优缺点。重点介绍了当前运用最多的模糊数学法,以及加拿大学者基于模糊数学提出的一种模型识别和风险定性、定量评价法。 Underground rail transits are also confronted many near or under existing constructions with a high risk of construction,so as to security incidents frequently.In order to avoid or reduce construction accidents,improving the comprehensive risk assessment ability is one of the key measures.Based on the main methods and theories used in risk assessment,the current used risk assessments of urban tunnel constructions are summarized as five classes:comprehensive index model,fuzzy mathematical model,risk coupling and grey clustering model,Bayesian network model,five-element connection number model.Advantages and disadvantages of each model are summarized in this paper.Fuzzy mathematical model and a new way of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment based on fuzzy mathematics proposed by Canadian scholars are detailed introduced.
