废弃混凝土试块掺合型再生混凝土抗冻性试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用改变粉煤灰和再生粗骨料在废弃混凝土试块掺合型再生混凝土中的取代率,对再生混凝土的抗冻性能进行了试验研究,探索不同粉煤灰和再生粗骨料取代率分别对再生混凝土质量损失率、抗压强度损失率以及相对动弹性模量的影响。试验结果表明:一方面,粉煤灰对再生混凝土在受到冻融破坏时有不同程度的改善和增强作用;另一方面,不同再生粗骨料取代率配制的再生混凝土,其质量损失率较小,然而抗压强度损失率、相对动弹性模量下降率增加明显,再生粗骨料取代率80%的抗压强度损失率比30%的提高了180.5%,再生粗骨料取代率100%比取代率为30%的相对动弹性模量降低了21.8%。 By changing substitution rate of fly ash and recycled coarse aggregate in waste concrete cube-participated recycled concrete,frost resistance experiment to recycled concrete has been made to explore the substitution rates of different fly ashes and recycled coarse aggregates impacting on mass loss rate of recycled concrete,compressive strength loss rate,and relative dynamic elastic modulus.The experimental results show that,on the one hand,fly ash has different degrees of improvement and enhancement to recycled concrete when subjected to freezing and thawing;on the other hand,the mass loss rate will be small in the recycled concrete with different substitution rates of recycled coarse aggregates.However,compressive strength loss rate and the decreasing rate of relative dynamic elastic modulus are increased significantly.The compressive strength loss rate with recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate of 80% has increased180.5% compared with 30%.The relative dynamic elastic modulus has decreased 21.8% with recycled coarse aggregate substitution rate of 100% compared with 30%.
