摘要
光学镜片的透过率和反射率对整个光学系统的性能有非常重要的影响,而光学镜片透反射率测量系统的可靠性直接影响其测量结果,所以对透反射率测量系统进行可靠性分析尤为重要。通过分析透反射率测量系统组成原理,学习可靠性理论,选择故障树分析方法,找出系统可能的故障,利用故障树定性分析对整个系统进行故障诊断,确定系统全部最小割集,利用定量分析进行重要度的排序。经分析,系统达到平均无故障工作时间MTBF≥300小时,连续工作时间≥8小时的指标要求。
The transmittance and reflectance of optical elements have great influences on the optical system;and the measurement results was affected directly by the reliability of optical lenses transmittance and reflectance measurement system.Therefore,the reliability analysis of optical lenses transmittance and reflectance measurement system is very important.In this paper,the working principle and system composition of the measurement system were analyzed and the reliability theory was studied deeply to chooses Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and find all possible modes of failure.The qualitative analysis of FTA for the fault diagnosis of the whole system was used to find the system fault tree minimal cut sets.The quantitative analysis of FTA was used for sorting by importance.The system achieves MTBF≥300 hours and continuous working time≥8 hours of the indicator requirements through the analysis.
