摘要
针对污水管道混合气体监测精度低、上传数据不稳定的问题,使用覆盖广、功耗低的NB-IoT网络,设计了一种低延迟、高精度的气体监测装置。使用气体传感器阵列和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)采集数据,在前端嵌入Linux操作系统,提供实时数据显示、参数设置等良好的操作界面,采用了NB-IoT网络将采集数据上传云端,监测精度高且可扩展性强,解决了污水管道恶劣环境下的监测问题。
Aiming at the problem of low monitoring precision of mixed gas in sewage pipelines and instability of uploading data,a low delay,high precision gas monitoring device is designed,using a wide coverage and low power consumption narrow band Internet of things(NB-IoT)network.The device uses a gas sensor array and field programmable gate array(FPGA)to collect data.A Linux operating system is embedded in the front-end.It provided real-time data display,parameter settings and other friendly operating interface.This device uploads the collected data to the cloud using NB-IoT network.The network provides high monitoring precision and scalability.The monitoring problems in the harsh environment of sewage pipelines is solved by this device.
