摘要
以Geiger模式探测器为基础的单光子探测技术因灵敏度高、精度高、体积小等特点而适用于激光三维成像系统。本文通过理论分析与数值仿真,证明了多脉冲探测模式能有效提高单光子探测的探测概率、降低虚警概率。且随着噪声强度的增大,多脉冲探测模式对激光三维成像系统在探测概率、虚警概率方面的性能提升更为明显。
Single-photon detection based on Geiger mode detection is suitable for three-dimensional laser imaging due to the advantages of high sensitivity,high precision and small volume. It is demonstrated that multi-pulse detection mode can effectively increase the detection probability and decrease the false alarm probability through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Moreover,with noise increasing,the advantages of multi-pulse detection on detection probability,false alarm probability of three-dimensional laser imaging become more obviously.
