车载三维激光扫描技术在园林绿化数据采集中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,多个城市相继开展园林绿化数据采集工作,提高园林绿化信息化管理能力。但常规测绘手段采集园林绿化要素存在作业效率低、错误率高的缺点,无法完全满足园林绿化数据采集的要求。本文以泰州市园林绿化数据采集项目为例,介绍了车载三维激光扫描技术在园林绿化数据采集中的应用情况,包括作业方法、数据处理与应用、精度评估、效率分析和经验总结,讨论了采集过程中异常情况的处理方法,为园林绿化数据采集方法进行了有益的尝试。 In recent years,landscape data collection has been or is being carried out in several cities that has been improved the management ability of garden greening information. This paper takes Taizhou city project of landscape greening data collection as an example,introduces the application of vehicle borne 3 D laser scanning technology in landscaping data collection,included operation method,data processing and application,precision evaluation,efficiency analysis and experience summary. The paper discusses processing method of abnormal situation in acquisition process,and makes a useful attempt in the data collecting methods of landscaping.
