摘要
大型钢结构建筑在受力不同的情况下变形较为复杂,为了快速有效地获取大量形变信息,可利用三维激光扫描技术对钢结构建筑进行变形监测,并建模分析其形变情况。本文使用三维激光扫描仪和全站仪分别对发生火灾后的沈阳十二线蔬菜批发市场钢结构主体进行了检测,将两种方法获得的形变数据进行了对比,同时对其三维点云进行曲面建模分析,可直观获得钢梁挠度变形信息,结果表明三维激光扫描仪技术用于钢结构检测是可行的。
The deformation of large steel structure is more complex under different stress conditions.In order to obtain a large amount of deformation information quickly and effectively,three dimensional laser scanning technology can be used to monitor the deformation of the steel structure,and the deformation of the steel structure can be modeled and analyzed.In this paper,the 3D laser scanner and the total station instrument are used to detect the steel structure of the Shenyang Twelve Line Vegetable Wholesale Market after the fire.The deformation data obtained by the two methods are compared,and the surface modeling of the 3D point cloud is carried out.The deflection information of the steel beam can be obtained intuitively. The results show that the 3D laser scanner technology is feasible for steel structure detection.
