胰岛素增强内皮素-1对高血压动脉血管的收缩作用

摘要 本实验观察了加胰岛素前后内皮素-1(ET-1)对WKY/SHR离体主动脉的作用,结果发现:(1)与WKY相比,SHR动脉对ET-1具有抵抗性,表现为在同样的ET-1浓度下,WKY动脉收缩而SHR动脉舒张;(2)胰岛素明显增强ET-1对正常动脉的收缩作用,最大增强效应可达50%;明显减弱ET-1对高血压动脉的舒张作用,最大拮抗程度可达100%。作者认为胰岛素对血管活性物质的增敏作用可部分解释胰岛素抵抗现象与高血压发病的密切关系。 The effect of insulin on the contractive action of endothelin-1(ET-1) on the arteries of WKY/SHR was evaluated. The results showed that 1) compared with WKY, the artery of SHR was resisted to ET-1, because the former was contractile but the latter diastolic under the same concentration of ET-1, 2) Insulin significantly increases the artery contractive action of ET-1 and the increase rate could be up to 50%, and decreases the artery diastolic action of ET-1 and the decreasent rate could be up to 100%. Therefore, we concludcd that insulin increases the effect of vasoactive substances could be used to explain the close relationship between insulin resistance and hypertension.
